Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on the 28th of October, 1967 to Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is fourth in the Roberts generation to reside in Atlanta, beginning with her great-grandfather who was a farmer John Pendleton Roberts. Her father was a theatre enthusiast at an early time. When he was a college student studying at Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he was a part of many shows. He joined the Air Force in 1953 and, while stationed in Biloxi Mississippi was cast in a military production that included Betty Lou Bredemus who was part of the air force. In 1955, the couple married and, in 1956, their child Eric Anthony was born. Walter attended Tulane University at New Orleans, Louisiana in 1957 after they had separated from the Air Force of the United States. Walter was employed to work for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio to work on the set of the show Bum Bum and His Buddies. The show was filmed in Decatur Georgia. Walter as well as Betty Lou financed their own production of a Sunday morning children's show, Bum Bum and His Buddies. They also founded a six-year Actors and Writers Workshop later the same year. In the meantime, they were blessed with two additional kids Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965, and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
