Angela Sun was born in Santa Clara County in California on the 19th of October, 1979. She is an American journalist and sportscaster. She is also a documentary film maker and television host. She earned her degree from the University of California with a master's degree in communication and sociology. Sun had exceptional surfing skills and was a participant in numerous Pro-Am Surf competitions that led to her being sponsored by big brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans etc. Her recognition through these events was like a rocket which prompted her to enter the industry of entertainment. In the following years, she was an actor, sportscaster, investigational reporter, as well as film director. Sun is a former anchor that has been on numerous news networks. In 2003 Sun was an Fox Sports Net Correspondent. Sun also hosted American Ninja Warrior in 2012 together with Matt Iseman, Jonny Mosley and Jill Moseley. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute from the year 2014 until 2015. Sun is the only Asian American to appear in the ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel.
