Angela Sun
Angela Sun is a journalist documentarian, sportscaster and television host. Angela Sun was born on October 19, 1979, in Santa Clara County California. She has won awards for her work as a journalist and sportscaster as well as an actress. Her education includes Sociology and Communication at the University of California. Sun's surfing skills were outstanding and she was a part of numerous pro-am tournaments. She was sponsored by major brands like Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. Recognition she gained from this acted like a slingshot to propel her into the world of entertainment. Later she worked as an journalist, actress, sportscaster journalist, and film-director. Sun has been employed by a variety of news channels mainly as anchor. In 2003, she was reporter for Fox Sports Net reporter. Her 2012 hosting duties included American Ninja Warrior, alongside Matt Iseman. In 2014, Sun hosts The Yahoo Sports Minute. Sun is the first Asian-American presenter to air on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports as well as Tennis Channel. Sun's acting talents have brought her the attention of her peers. She's appeared in films such as Goliath (2016) Hit the Floor ( 2014- 2016) A Perfect Getaway ( 2009) Shackled (2005) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun was the producer and director of Platic Paradise, The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in 2014.
